Adult-height estimation and growth-spurt timing are related but scientifically distinct. Keeping them separate makes each calculator easier to understand and reduces the risk of parents treating one result as more precise than it is.

Adult Height Estimator
Uses the Khamis–Roche method to estimate likely adult stature without a skeletal-age X-ray. Includes a central estimate, study error bands and clear calculation workings.
